Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.95 or free on orders over $200
- Express Shipping (2 business days): $19.95
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.95 (order by 12 PM EST)
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & Mexico: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10–14 business days
- Other Regions: 14–21 business days
Note: Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items (e.g., fragrances, luxury goods) may have shipping restrictions based on destination. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
